Consignia and P.O.C. are now completely separate companies. Hence,
P.O.C. is looking to sell whatever makes it the most Sales revenue, not
what's best for arranging deliveries.
Gosh - that's a clever plan. After all, functional separation into
different companies made the Railways what they are today ;-)
