Custom Kat5-RGB modules [newbie question]

Hi,

I have read several threads on the UK HomeAutomation newsgroup that refer
to
Kat5-RGB but cannot find anything about it on the website.

Could someone please give me an indication of price and clarification of
what
exactly these modules do?

I've just had Cat5e cabled throughout my house with a view to distributing
A/V
from a central source and it is possible to achieve true RGB i'd be
delighted.

I had thought that SCART based RGB used all (or most) of the 21 pins and
therefore could not be distributed over Cat5.

Do these modules therefore only transmit relevant pins or do they require
more
than one Cat5 cable?
