Thank you both for your answers! That's not encouraging news:-(
Can I assume that it will also be impossible to buy a
video/video/video/video KAT5 and use the video channels for audio
until I get SPDIF, or will it be possible with some loss in audio
quality (if so, "how bad" will the sound be?)?
And BTW: is there a difference between 2 composite video channels and
1 s-video channel (and between 3 composite and 1 component) or are
they basically identical?
