Keith,

You may be interested in a SmartCard-based Loyalty scheme run in Northern
Ireland.
Currently has (I believe) some 70-80,000 Card holders and 20+ separate
retailers, including some
big names.

When Mondex / VISA / other SmartCards become widespread, with secure
e.purse
files on the
one SmartCard and space for other scheme files (e.g. Loyalty) ....... bingo
!  ...... a single-card Smart wallet.
