I've not had a fuse blow in an LD10 but I have had a couple of lock-ups
where I've had to remove and refit the fuse. As this was just a means of
powering down the module, though, I guess I could have just turned off
the lighting circuit at the consumer unit.
However, when a bulb blows it has a tendency to take the fuse in the
dimmer with it. I don't know how susceptible the LD10 is but it's
certainly been a regular occurrence with other dimmers I've used.

I've had another think about this, and obviously the simplest way to
mount
the modules is in the floorboards above each set of light fixtures, but
then there is then a problem gaining access, if the fuse needs to be
changed. How likely is this?
