I used to have a clock-radio that used its mains lead as the FM aerial -
that convinced me that there's a lot of EMR floating around that can make a
difference ;-)

I'd suggest you order some mains-leady stuff from Russ Andrews - he's now
extended the "money back if you're not happy period" from 14 to
30 days. The
only things you have to do if you don't feel your purchase hasn't made a
difference are:

1: Phone him, and talk it through before you return
2: Pay the return postage.

I'm not for a moment saying that a new mains lead _will_ make a difference
in _your_ system, only that I've heard so many good things about him from
so
many different sources, that it would seem an obvious approach. I speak as
a
happy customer, by the way.
