I know IBM do entire ranges, including 42U racks all in black, so I know
this stuff MUST be available from somewhere...

I know I "could" just buy a whole black PC from one of these
manufacturers,
but seeing as I already have stuff like memory/CPU/motherboard etc. that
would be a terrible waste.

Plus I'd rather put it together myself, then I can excercise 100% control
over the components going into it...
