Hi
We are the manufacturer of the Comfort product, and for the record, we
are in Singapore, not Taiwan. In the UK, we work very closely with
Andrew Roberts, of Comfort Home Controls.
Thanks for the feedback and comments you have given so far. We
recognise that the software is an area which needs much improvement. We
have spent much time on the system and features, and the software has
lagged behind, unfortubately. With the new UCM (Universal
Communications Module) providing a better, or more suitable interface
to the PC and other RS232 devices. We intend to improve on the software
in the coming months.
We continue to welcome any comments and sugestions, good and bad.
