RE: MP3 vs. WMA

Hi Andy,

I posted about WMA files a couple of weeks ago. There is a security feature
built in which prevents the files being played on a different PC....or even
your own if you loose the key hidden somewhere on your PC.

I want a big server with all my music on and less capable networked
machines as players. I personally am staying with MP3. Filesize is
reasonable especially as the cost of really big drives falls, and I am more
than happy with the quality.

I know others on this group have different opinions :-))

It's probably been covered here before but does anyone have an opinion on
MP3 Vs. WMA? What's the difference in file sizes and quality? I know that
there are a lot of MP3 jukeboxes out there but what about WMA?

Andy
