Quickie - I've just read through the Homeseer manual (end to end!)
Q1: - any recommendations for good books/documentation on VBscript?
Q2: - can VBscript play a WAV file? - I saw in the Homeseer manual the
script to pre-process voice commands - I'd like to use that to play a WAV
file as the voice command acknowledgement and ignore acknowledgement,
instead of using a TTS string. Currently (although I will go & request
it as
a feature) Homeseer doesn't allow a WAV file to played for these sounds,
only a spoken response using TTS (the default being "yes sire").
I would
very much prefer to play a WAV file instead!
TIA
Paul G.
