I heard that Cocoonz had lost the contract for HAL. I heard this from
Quantum who say they are now the official support for HAL. If this is wrong
I would like to know about it.

Thanks

Ian

Sorry, mine worked first time. I did have a few other minor problems and
emailed the people at HAL who sorted the problem. But they did tell me that
they do not provide tech support for Europe and to contact Cocoonz direct
for advice (they also told me that the problem in the US would relate to an
outlook setting which I changed and fixed the problem).
Try emailing Cocoonz, or else play dumb and email Hal in the U.S, cos they
were very helpful the first time I emailed them, even though they don't
deal with Europe. I'm hoping to see a reply from Cocoonz shortly, good
technical support is the decider in buying anything.

Regards

Eamon
