This is a database of lots of Linux code, so stick in X10 and see what
the search comes up with.=20

Linux has been running my setup for many years, but most of it is
homegrown code. I use a CM12U driver by  Dan Lancini and Neil Cherry
with a set of scripts and my own WWW interface. Sorry- I've not got
URLs handy.

My advice would be to get a copy of Mandrake 7.0 (e.g. on the cover CD
of PCPlus) and give the full beast a go. There's lots of distributions
out there now, but Mandrake seems to get a lot of good press about
ease of installation.

BTW, there's a new mag out called Linux Format. It looks like a rehash
of an abortive trial mag "Linux Answers" that Future Publishing
kicked
out several months ago. It has lots of installation help, but seems to
be light on other content.

Me? Well, I use RedHat 6.2 as fixing the bugs in an upgrade from 5.2
was easier than a set of new installs. I read www.linuxjournal.com as
it is a much more technical magazine from the US and only costs about
=A324 for a UK subscription.
