I ordered my weatherstation online and paid about £30 for
VAT/Duty/Handling.
I think that this is only available online, certainly at the promo price of
$79.  Have a look at http://www.ibutton.com/weather/index.html

Other parts, i.e. the Temperature kit and sensors are available from
farnell
and RS (http://rswww.com).  I think that
Maplin do some as well.

I've had a look at this stuff and it seems quite interesting, can it be
purchased in the UK? or do I have to order online from DallasSemi?
If so, does anyone have any idea of shipping costs and timescale?
