For those that care it works fine under Windows 2000 too.
Something that I find more useful than the web side of things, is that you
can set Homeseer to periodically check the headers of any email that is
waiting for download at your ISP. You can use a fairly simple syntax to
control X-10 modules, or fire off macros.
I've tried this with a mobile phone attached to a Toshiba Libretto, but if
you have a phone connected to the Virgin network, you can send SMS messages
as email, and therefore control your home from your mobile phone!
