Hmmm.... "proper" DHCP should not _necessarily_ allocate new
client IP
addresses just because of a DHCP server reboot - this should only be the
case if the lease expired whilst the server was offline. DHCP leases which
traverse a period of server outtage should persist.

But then again, can we _really_ expect BT to do anything the
"proper" way???
