They HAD to give me 4 weeks notice due to their T&C.
I'm in middle of writting a letter to them. This is the crux..
how do you market the service as follows…
“you get unlimited Internet calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week”
then ban people for stepping over a 17-hour limit? How on earth can you
have an “unlimited” service with a limit?
