Tracey,

You can terminate a MAXIMUM of two wires to an IDC connector, if you
connect
3 you will get a bad connection.

However, I suspect that was not what you means in your question.

If you mean "how many sockets" can you get on a faceplate the
answer varies
with brand.

Normally with a modular system you can get 2 RJ45 outlets on a single gang
faceplate and 4 on a double gang faceplate. Crabtree do a range called
Capital and their 7173 module is 2 RJ45's in a single module so that would
allow 8 RJ45's in a double gang faceplate.

For more info on wiring accessories look at

My KAT5 system is one circuit (Stereo+CompositeVideo+IR or Stereo+SVideo)
per cable. The only exceptions will be the wall mounted SCART faceplates
when ready which will requite a second CAT5 cable for the power supplies
from a central point.

Hope that helps

Keith
