Well that's depressed me no end!

BT turned up last Thursday and spent all day faffing around at the exchange.  And it's still not working :(

Obviously, the BT customer services are second to none and have provided me with adequate explanations and status reports at every stage - NOT!

Andy (miserable).

Good morning HA'ers

The BT engineer arrived at about 8:45am, performed a final line check and done his stuff.  He was here for just over an hour.

I then installed the drivers etc.  It connected 1st time no problems at 576k.

I now have it setup and working fine running on my 2000 Server via Proxy Server, and am sending this email from a workstation on my home network.

So far I have down a test download of 2000 SP1, an 87mb file with an average download speed of 57kb/s, it took just over 23 mins.
I have also tested an Internet Video Phone package, which works both ways no problems at all, with very very smooth video.
Anyone want to suggest any other tests they want me to perform.

I have to say, so far I am very impressed.

Graham
