Dear Mr Huggins,

I am writing to introduce my company. "Copyright Enforcement
(UK)" is a firm
that specialises in helping Internet copyright owners to ensure that their
websites are not illegally copied by their competitors.

We regret to inform you that a firm called "Ptech" have used text
on their
website to describe the Philips pronto which is identical to the text on
your website. However, your website includes a meta tag confirming that the
copyright is yours.

You have some choices here:

1: You can accept that this text isn't worth anything, or isn't yours
anyway, and remove the copyright notice.
2: You can choose not to enforce your rights.
3: You could ask us to proceed against Ptech on your behalf.

Under our unique "win-share" arrangement, we will proceed against
Ptech at
our expense:

- If we don't win, we charge you nothing.
- If we win damages, we take 50% as a fee for our legal costs.

All you need to do is reply to this email confirming that you wish us to go
ahead, and indicate the current volume of your sales of the Pronto unit.
This will help us determine how much to claim for in lost sales as a result
of Ptech's copyright theft.
