Beg to differ Ian, the ATI AIW does NOT have hardware mpeg compression.

Yes, one, it's the ATI All-in-Wonder series. I don't rate the Radeon
version, but the 128-Pro 32Mb AGP version is a dream.

expect to make the platform beefy though, I use an 800MHZ PIII with
128Mb of ram, and it's >just< capable of real-time DivX...

(although, it goes WIN2K this week, and that is supposed to help big
time)
