OK Gang

I have various x10 modules. I have now plugged an appliance module into the
feed that powers the garage - it has it's own garage RCD unit. Sending any
commands to this device do NOT work.

But, I have a CM12 plugged into my PC (which is plugged into the garage
mains too) - and I can send commands to that (it's on the same bit of
wire), and it then can also send commands around the house. What I've had
to do it enable a macro - so I send an "On" command to code16
(mapped into
the Cm12) - which in turn send a command "On" for the unit 9 (the
appliance
module).

Any ideas ?

G.
