During the >day< on Wednesday 2nd should probably be OK, - but the
service
will begin to deteriorate well before the actual start time of 8PM. It ends
at 8PM on Thursday 3rd, but it will be a virtual write-off for the
remainder
of Thursday night, as it will take hours to get back to normal....

So, it >will< be difficult to get around from tea-time on Wednesday
onwards... (once rush-hour starts...) until probably Friday morning...

How badly depends on the level of support for the strike, - people say
"oh
it's only 1 of the 2 unions..." but the last one a few weeks ago
cancelled
about 85% of the tube "service"

Those of you who have trains/planes/automobiles to catch to get home should
be well prepared....
