SDS has a different chuck mechanism that doesn't require a key to change
bits (not like keyless ordinary chucks) and uses a sliding hammer to hit
the
end of the drill bit. As a result, it WILL drill through concrete with
relative ease, whereas so called hammer drills merely bounce off.
