Assuming she is using Windows then the left windows key and 'm' will minimise all windows therefore hiding any documents etc.

Subject: [ukha_d] [OT] - Quick way to blank PC screen??

One of our girls has just moved from a private office into the main office.  She does a lot of confidential stuff on her PC and I want her to be able to quickly blank her screen or invoke her screen saver with a mouse click or something.

Any ideas?

Thanks

M.
