Something I missed of if you are going to use DS18S20's try to plan a daisy
chain rather than a star wiring, you would properly get away with star but
as you will have easy access you may as well do it properly from the start.
Also if you are going to use HV or some home brew system make sure you have
the ID information before you put the 18S20 in the wall !
