AFAIK, the displayserver patch installs what is a limited httpd,
which basically only responds to the get receiver.html call

If you look at the extracted receiver.diff.tar in the dsrec
directory there is a dsrec.c Program that explains it's a simple
server purely to load the receiver.html, which really only is there
to load the EMpegapplet.java/class files along with the facia.jpg
graphic.

Dunno, I maybe wrong :o), Im a Linux newbie, but thats what it looks
like to me :o)
