DDAR and MP3 software - which is the best ?

So, have we come to a conclusion of
what's the best software to use for the DDAR ?

I have tried Tag&Rename - not bad
for exisiting MP3 files (albums especially)

The CDEX isn't too bad. Is the Lame
encoder OK ? I've ran a disk at 192-224 VBR.

And if you do change the tags, I find I
have to remove the directories and re-add for it to be updated - or is it
my impatience !!
