RE: Neat and quiet (but cheap) PCs for home

The problem is the "quiet" bit ... just how quiet do you count as
quiet?

Met up with a guy at the weekend who'd been tearing his hair out trying to
build a quiet PC for HTPC use ... he ended up importing a case and PSU from
the US for about $500 in the quest for low noise!
