My experience with Sky installers was that they wouldn't climb onto a
flat room to install the dish (Conservatory blocking access via ladder
onto back wall) for health & safety reasons. Had to send another
installer. When he turned up he wouldn't climb on the flat roof either!!
However, the 2nd guy would climb onto a 5ft ornamental wall at the side
of the conservatory to install the dish. Unbelievable !!
