Well,
I finally read through in detail Mark's account of the Homevision
control of his CH.
I'm a bit confused about the incorporation of the thermostats. The line
reads:
"We are happy enough to use the existing thermostats - downstairs
there
are 6 zones of under-floor heating with a stat in each zone controlled
by motorised valves on the manifold. "
Should that, in fact, read:
"We are happy enough to use the exisitng thermostats - downstairs
there
are 6 zones of under-floor heating with a stat in each room
_controlling_ a motorised valve on the manifold"????
.... or am I misunderstanding something?
Assuming that I'm right, does the pump work all the time that HV tells
it to, with the valves determining which zones it goes to, or is there a
mechanism by which the pump is turned off if none of the zones are open?

Mark Harrison
