*TWO* air-con units for it ...

.... and the beer^H^H^H^Hcoke fridge, and the consumer units to house the
DIN modules, and the ePods to use as a remote, and the 300 DVD changer
for whole house movies, and the 7ft fixed 16:9 screen...

In fact, short of deciding on the seating and getting that Balmoral Red
granite for the AV shelving / coffee table then pretty much all that
remains to sort is down to Keefie D and his switcher and getting the
lighting control sorted out.

Of course this is gonna require folding beer tokens!
