Perhaps you should also suggest to Andy Roberts that he takes the link to
PlusNet of the comfort Web site?
After all, this link does suggest the following:
"you may need this if you need to have your home on-line 24hrs for
Internet
Home Control via Comfort Web InterfACE"
Which obviously results in being kicked off if you do that....
