I've had plug and pray problems like that in the past. I've gotten round
them by fixing the IRQ of any ISA cards to legacy in the BIOS. Another
thing
to try is changing the device on IRQ 11 in device manager to another IRQ
(if
it'll let you). Or try swapping device to another PCI slot. (maybe try
disabling PnP in the BIOS...not tried thet before though)
It's worked for me in the past but I'm sure more knowlegable people on here
have better solutions.
