I can download this for you on Thursday of this week, burn it to a CD, and
post it to you if you'd like. It will take about half-an-hour to
download....
:-)))
(I downloaded the entire Exchange 2000 120 day eval a few weeks ago, also
about 320MB, took me about 27 minutes...)
