No idea what a QED Systemline is - guessing it's something which includes
or exclusively provides IR distribution..... anyways... from experience
with the Pronto, early Pace digital _CABLE_ boxes used some sort of custom
IRDA protocol, not standard IR, hence Prontos and the like are unable to
use it. There are no problems like this with the newer digital cable boxes,
or any Sky Digital boxes.

Is it likely they're getting confused with this scenario, or am I barking
up completley the wrong tree.....?
