sure if it will work with CE v2 though.

I hope so.

This epod will be living in the kitchen primarily, mounted to a handy
bit of wall, as a home AV control/ recipe display/ email
checker/shoppping list maker/ etc etc.

I added speakers in the kitchen which usually play the front channel of
the main AV setup in the living room (which is adjacent) so that
whoever is in the kitchen making tea/whatever can still listen to the
ongoing Tv program. It means you can still have a cup of tea whilst
watching Buffy and not miss too much.

Now, if I take the video stream, and capture it on the TV Pc, which is
used as a Tivo Type idea, and stream the result to the Win2K Media
Services Server, and hence on to the Epod, then you should have
>enough< of an idea of whats happening to follow the show. Of course,
no-onw is going to sit and watch a TV prgram on an epod sized screen
when there's a 33" screen in the next room, but it would be enough.

I suppose you could also use it to check up on the security cams frmo
the kitchen, see who is at the fornt door....

I hope I get one in this batch :)

Ian.
