I tried it last night, and it seems to be a great bit of software. Haven't
tried using it while playing games, though, but maybe a new PC is in order
anyway.

That way the PII would be a HomeSeer / MP3 server...

Like I said in my last mail - surfing will be fine, games - depends on how
processor/ memory/ disk intensive they are. When my rusty old box was
playing games, it would still work to send out time commands and do the
dimming and stuff, it would just take a few minutes to do it. Depending on
how much you play games on your PC and how fast / big etc you may or may
not
find the delays acceptable. Best bet is to suck it and see.
