The module is not working because the fan will have speed control
built in and the lamp module will be using phase control, the fan
could be controled by phase but I would think its more likley to be
burst control, or a fancy motor with different windings. The most
likley is burst control. The chip will be confuced because of the
output it is getting from the triac, hence no movment.
