I am by no means an expert on this subject but I bought an ATI
All-in-wonder
32MB Radeon AGP Graphics card, not cheap but well worth it.
I have a coax from my TV plugged into it for viewing TV and ceefax on the
PC, and then have CCTV cameras plugged into an ASEL video switcher which
provides a "composite" signal t the PC screen.
Still have not yet got the pictures into a web page but I an working on it!
(amongst other jobs).
If I can help on anything else just shout.

Just a thought, could we start a list of "How Too's" something
perhaps
better than a FAQ list but for people like me who have not got a clue what
I
am doing.
