That sounds as if it may work, although it may cause some more
creaking of my own joints as the pipes are under the floor in a very
awkward spot t  get t !

One thing that has worked in my wiring project is using a digital
camera t  take lots of piccies of the floor cavities. That way you can
work out how the house connects up comfort, rather than upside down
with one arm and your head reaching inside a hatch with a t rch!
