Yes, trivially...

The WINTV card should have shipped with a Composite-SVideo
"converter", a
one inch long barrel which has a phono socket at one end, and an S-video
plug which goes into the card.

The WinTV software allows you to select an incoming Composite signal by
simply bringing up the Remote Control, and clicking "source".
This displays
a list of video sources, from which composite may be selected.

The response camera comes with a wall-wart PSU, and a break-out box. The
camera plugs into this box via a 6-pin mini-DIn connecter, and the box
presents "Buzzer" and "aux" as RJ sockets,
"Video" "audio" and "trigger" as
Phono connections, and "modulator" as a 9-pin D-type.

There should be a supplied scart-phono lead, which is *not* standard.

This lead has a yellow phono, which is connected t  "video in" in
the SCART
connector, a white phono, which is connected t  "audio left in"
in the
SCART, and a red phono which is connected across Pin-8 and the Composite
Video Ground pin".

The WinTV card has no problems displaying composite video from any source,
VCR, Camcorder, Repsonse unit, similarly, the video from the camera
displays
fine on any TV, VCR, or the PC..

If your camera doesn't have the break out box, it is possible that the
design has been changed, in which case, perhaps someone with the new style
can help...
