Reading the previous posts on showshifter I am interested in trying it out,
but I have a few questions before I rush out and get a capture card:-

Whats the best video card ?
What do people do for the IR control ?
Does it run under W2K server ?
I can see that IR control would be good for not sat channels but you do you
integrate Sky without using loads of remotes, or is this one for the pronto
? (Sophie I have told you before the Pronto does not live in the coal
bucket
!)

My PC's are rack mounted in node 0 (My office), should I be moving the Sky
box up to my office and using KAT5's ?

Do people using it have a PC that they just use for showshifter and use it
like an appliance, and do they remove the monitor and just use the TV ?

Sorry for all the questions I don't want to change my setup unless this is
going to be good

John
