I would call it "No-where near" cd quality. - they promised WMP7
was CD
qual at 64kbps - its full of sparkly jingly noises and is plainly
un-listenable to. They claimed it better then MP3 at 128. Maybe if you
use the first xing compressor for the MP3.
WMA has all sorts of rights management crap built in that effectivly tag
any file you make with a unique identifier, and that stays in the file.
Too bad if you share it.
