You should be able to work it out exactly, but I think you'll find the
answer will be in FEMTO-seconds (that's 1 over 10(-15) ), IIRC light
travels
aproximately 1 metre in 1 femtosecond... (ish) That of course is purely the
speed of propogation of the signal through the conductor, I suppose in
theory, there could be additional delay incurred in the active parts of the
circuitry. (Keith...)
