It is NOT a quick blow.
the fact that it is clear and has a coiled spring inside indicates
and ANTI-SURGE fuse. If you look on the end cap you will find the
rating written in the form T800mA or T0.8A or similar.
Quick blow fuses are marked F5A etc.
If you replace an Antisurge fuse with a quick blow it will fail
repeatedly. The reason for Anti Surge is that as your Sub powers up
there is a momentary surge of current that would blow a normal fuse,
the A/S fuse takes longer to blow but when it does the spring
instantly opens a wide gap in the fuse cutting off the power.
