I've kept my mouth shut for over a week now (Which is hard enough)....

If anyone has a problem funding a project then I would be happy to help
out if possible.

Repayment would normally consist of completed units on a pro-rata basis
(at cost)

If that doesn't make sense let me know, if anyone has a problem with this
let me know.

Its a problem, with no ideal solution, I am not sure I like this approach
because this project is not just about money, I could put a couple of
hundred quid in (actually I already have), sit back and do nothing collect
some money back including a profit when the hard work is done. Keith could
put no cash in and work 100's of hours and get nothing. What I am trying
to
say is the initial money will be small compared to the time people will
have
to put in.

Personally I would prefer that _IF_ the prototypes work AND we start to
build units, the cost of the initial units includes some form of expense
payment for those who have purchased parts. So no one ends out of pocket.
If
after we have field tested the initial parts in our own homes and we
decide
to sell units then any profit we make is divided up for all of us based on
a
honest assessment of the amount of work put in OR it all goes to buy the
parts for the next device.

I am sure that most of use are not in it for them money.

John
