Hi Geraint,

Download the L&H text to speech engine from the Microsoft site as this
is
much better and then download the choose the Wizard (I switched of the
effects though) and he speak a nice American accent for you. The file you
are looking for is tv_enua.exe. This is a free engine for use with MSAgent.

Drop me a line if you can not find this and I will email it to you.

Dave...

Evening All.

Just got round to finally playing with Homeseer, and I don't know
how I survived without it. Lovely package.

Anyway, I love the way it will talk to you about the events etc, but
I hate the voice that's installed - Microsoft SAM ! yuk !

I'm running XP Pro, but have no other voices. Anyone have a link to
some differing ones ? I've tried searching on Microsoft, but it
gives me lists of how to switch on the text-to-speech, not
downloadable extras.

As always, many thanks.

Regards
Geraint.
