AIUI, it has already been investigated at the same time as the
investigation
into other parts of their advertising to do with quality.
The complaints wrt quality were upheld and had to be removed from the
advertising.
Complaints wrt the use of the term "anytime" were not upheld and
it was
deemed an appropriate term to use that BT were free to continue using.

It also says at the bottom of the page in very small print "Terms and
conditions apply" which is the git!
