I was wondering if anyone playing with the Compaq fingerprint readers has found a way to identify rather than authenticate the user at logon. (at the moment you have to enter the user name if a different person needs to logon) Some of the other readers have this capability.
If you could identify the user from their fingerprint then you could use a log on script to perform an action like open a door or many other possibilities.
