I got a 2nd digibox lately (Sony one with optical digital audio out).  Cost 40 quid.  My multichannels all appear OK but BBC1,2 and from memory Ch4 and 5 don't appear, with a message that the card is incorrect.  From what I'm told I just need to ring Sky and give them the details off the new box.
